My name's Paige and I only just started at Kirkley Middle and everyone has helped me me settle in thank's! I am really enjoying my time at Kirkley Middle School

I went to Kirkley Middle and it is a great school, I think it's the best middle school in Lowestoft. The teachers are so kind and helpful. I miss it now I'm at high school :(

Wow, I have just discovered this website! I was a pupil at KMS from 1987-1991, I'm now a GP in South Yorkshire.
I must admit, it seems that most of the teachers I remember appear to have moved on (Mr Daynes, Mr Hardman, Mr March, Mr Phillipo, Mrs Muchlinski and Mrs Van Hinsbergh, to name but a few) but I'm sure that Mrs Pye was home ec teacher back then, and the name Ms Delf certainly rings a bell!
I just wanted to say thank you for helping me to achieve my ambition x

Just like to say I used to go to this school but got moved into another foster placement. I miss this school and have some great memories from being here :)

Just like to say I loved the circus show and I loved seeing my daughter perform and enjoying herself.

Well after the circus week my year 5 child was left totally and utterly knackered but with very fond memories indeed Thanks KMS for a memorable week, and i must add the yr5 show was brilliant.

The circus is now finished. What an amazing time it was for my children! They have learned so much. Some people may question what they could have learned, surely this is merely just fun, but hands on experiences like this are so important. Here are just a few learning areas covered - social skills, communication skills, concentration, co-ordination, problem solving, being aware of other people's culture, self-esteem/confidence, literacy skills when having to write about it. And, of course, there's the fun factor that got my children out of bed with a more positive feeling for school!! I cannot thank everyone involved with this enough. My year 8 child leaves Kirkley this year - what a great memory to take with him!

Love the site, very helpful as my son often "forgets" to give me letters from school.
